How many quotes will you provide for me?

Professional, responsive and prompt service Dealing with ECH was one of the easiest transactions I have ever made. Their quotation was provided promptly with clear pricing and explanation of options all leading to a lump sum and competitive price. Lots of questions asked and Carl’s responses by phone and email provided clear and concise answers and were always within a few hours if not immediate. Not always the case with many companies in my experience and certainly gave very good first impressions. As a result, sorting out what we wanted, agreeing survey and installation dates and then doing the deal took just over a week. The installation of panels, controls and storage on a less than ideal roof in “variable” weather took about 8 hours including instructions on use, downloading monitoring Apps etc. The three guys installing the system were great and kept us well informed on progress and discussed and agreed how and where connections would be made. A very full day for them and they left the house neat and tidy. We have to witness the system in action over the next few months but we’re very happy with our decision to engage ECH. A small company, but because of that the level of effort to provide a great service is very apparent. I can thoroughly recommend.
